Were to find him: He is a regular user of Binweevily gang chat and he also goes on other chats if you see him do not talk to him if he tries to con you report him to the xat!

Reason for being wanted: He hacked binweevils he still hacks it now.
Where to find him: He is an author on bin-plus and bin-plus 2 he often will be on BinPlusGroup chat and on binweevils he has a weevil called bandit but you will probabally find him on the weevils Youre Great or Bin-plus (Beware the weevil Bin-plus may not be bandit) but bandit gives it away he will be wearing a hat but ones that you can't buy in hems.
